La paz interior provee paz al exterior. La paz exteriormente trae bienandanzas, porque es un imán que atrae lo positivo, y bloquea lo negativo.

Ahora mismo pon tus cuentas espirituales en orden y busca la paz; verás cambios maravillosos en tu entorno y buenos resultados en todos tus asuntos. Por eso la paz = paz= paz = paz.

Amar a Dios es tener paz. El amor, la esperanza y la caridad nos dan paz; y todo eso es gratuito.

What is to be at peace? It is happiness of the soul; knowing that our behavior is correct and being certain that our actions are benevolent. Understanding that the facts of our lives are important for the growth and progress of our spirit; all that gives us peace.

Interior peace provides peace in the exterior. External peace brings blessings because it is a magnet that attracts the positive, and blocks the negative.

Right now, put your spiritual balance sheet in order and search for peace; and you will see marvelous changes in your environment and beneficial results in all your affairs. Therefore peace = peace = peace = peace.

To love God is to be at peace. Love, hope, and charity give us peace; and all that is free.

Luz entra por esa ventana; así es el amor de Dios. Su luz nos caliente, nos ilumina, sin Él no podemos subsistir. Él es el aire que respiramos y es todo lo que anhelamos.

Hay quienes dudan, pobrecitos; se ahogan en su mar de negativismo; pero para los creyentes verdaderos la lluvia fresca del Creador los limpia y los refresca en esos días calurosos y secos del diario vivir.

Todo lo bello que nos rodea es Dios, simplemente con mirarlo y contemplarlo nos calma y nos da valor. Todo lo grande de este mundo terrestre es pequeño frente al Creador y lo pequeño se engrandece con Él.

Eso es lo que hace la fe y es lo que posee el creyente; protegiéndonos con un escudo de amor, levantándonos del abismo del dolor.

Light enters through the window; so does the love of God. His light warms us, illuminates us; we cannot survive without Him. He is the air we breathe and everything we long for.

There are those who doubt, poor things; they drown in their sea of negativity; but for the true believers, the Creator’s   clean fresh rain cools them in those warm, dry days of daily living.

All the beauty that surrounds us is God simply by looking and contemplating it calms us and gives us courage. This terrestrial world's biggest is small in front of the Creator and the tiny is exalted with Him. 

That is what faith does and what the believer possesses; a protection with a shield of love, lifting us from the abyss of pain.

Cada persona tiene un destino pautado con altos, bajos  y cambios inesperados; pero al final de cuentas, ahí está marcado. Lo que hacemos o no hacemos tiene mucho que ver. Esas decisiones diarias van abriendo o cerrando los caminos. Las actitudes también tienen importancia porque establecen el ritmo del progreso del espíritu.

Cada día que tu actitud sea positiva, digna y bien intencionada. Que tus pies se dirijan hacia la verdad. Que la armonía en tu alma sea una realidad, abrazando a todos en tu vida, mostrándoles tu bondad.

Todos esos componentes establecen una abundancia de amor al prójimo que alza el templete de tu vida y tu misión. Sin apenas darte cuenta y con la fe puesta en Dios, llegas a ese destino limpia, feliz y llena de amor.

Each person has a destiny slated, with ups, downs and unexpected changes; but at the end of the day, it is evident. What we do or don't do, bring about much. Those daily decisions are opening or closing the roads. Attitudes also are important because they set the pace of the progress of the spirit.

Each day may your attitude be positive, dignified and well-intended. May your feet be directed towards the truth. May the harmony in your soul be a reality, embracing everyone in your life, revealing your kindness.

Mira como las nubes se mueven lentamente en el cielo azul. Es como una coreografía celestial. Su ritmo es quedo y lento, pero constante y armonioso; sin una queja ni quebranto. Así puedes sentirte y moverte; tú, tú y tú.

Las nubes mientras avanzan se transforman y sublimizan, cada segundo son más livianas. Así quieres sentirte tú, tú y tú. Sin darte cuenta te mueves, ascendiendo a otro plano de bondad. La alegría te embarga porque lo que buscabas por fin se te da.

Hay otras nubes más densas, oscuras y perturbadas que se ven en la distancia. Lucen fuertes y peligrosas en su agresividad. Sin embargo aunque lucen su negrura, pierden su fuerza con la perenne bondad; así es la vida humana. Aprende de las nubes; se cómo ellas; aprende a vivir de verdad.

Look at the clouds moving slowly in the blue sky. It's like a celestial choreography. Their pace is slow and quiet, but constant and harmonious; without a complaint or discouragement. In this fashion you can feel and move; you, you and you.

The clouds as they move transform, they are subliminal; every second lighter. In that way you want to feel; you and you. Without realizing it you move on to another level of goodness. Joy overwhelms you because what you wanted at last is brought into being.

There are other more dense, dark and disturbing clouds glimpsed at a distance. They look strong and dangerous in their aggressiveness. However although they display their blackness, they lose their strength with the perennial goodness; and so is human life. Learn from the clouds; be like them; learn to live truly.

La vereda que conduce al mal es muy frecuentada, abundan los viajeros en ella; pero la que lleva al bien a veces es solitaria por falta de transeúntes. Es triste pero es una realidad; los vicios y el agotamiento de la pereza, son  obstáculos para abrir brecha en esa senda de magnitud que nos conduce a la vía del bien.

Ya dado el primer paso, se hace cada vez más tolerable y no es fácil; pero se encuentra alivio para tomar nuevos bríos. Por fin llega el momento, de renovar energías y sentir esa satisfacción gloriosa de haber vencido y conquistado viejos malos hábitos, que nos cerraban el camino.

En el recodo de esa vía del bien vemos una luz; a veces tenue, que va aumentando en intensidad y circunferencia; indicándonos que estamos llegando al fin de un recorrido que comenzó desastroso y terminó reinvindicandonos.

The path that leads to wickedness is much frequented, travelers abound; but the one that leads to goodness sometimes is deserted due to lack of passers-by. It is sad but it is a reality; the vices and the exhaustion of laziness, are obstacles to initiate the pathway of magnitude that leads us to the road of righteousness.

Once the first step is taken, it becomes increasingly more tolerable, and not easy; but relief is found in order to take a new lease on life. Finally the time comes to renew energies and to feel that glorious satisfaction of having defeated and conquered old bad habits, which closed our road.

Around the bend on that path of goodness; sometimes we see a light dimly lit; which increases in intensity and circumference; which tells us that we are coming to the end of a journey that began catastrophic and ended in exoneration.

Mensaje de un Amigo en Espiritu/La Llave

Escucha buen amigo: hay que tirar la envidia y la ira causada por el egoísmo y el orgullo. Son todas cadenas para el espíritu y si quieres progresar, te atrapan en una jaula que de lejos parece de oro, pero realmente es de metal y de poca calidad.

Vendrá el huracán de la existencia humana y te azotará y  atrapará; quedarás inmóvil en la jaula que tú mismo creaste. Pero hay esperanza; porque la llave que abre el candado que te atrapa, subsistió al temporal; aunque parecía que el viento con su furia se la llevó.

La llave está en tu mano derecha, y en la mano izquierda tienes el poder de empujar y salir de tu atolladero espiritual Ese poder te lo da el amor, la humildad y la caridad.

Listen good friend: we must throw away the envy and anger caused by selfishness and excessive pride. They are all chains for the spirit, and if you want to progress, they entangle you in a cage that from afar looks golden, but it is really of metal and of low-quality.

The hurricane of human existence will strike and it will entrap you; stuck, fixed in that cage that you yourself created. But there is hope; because the key that opens the lock that fastens you; stayed put although it seemed like the wind with its fury seized it.

The key is in your right hand, and in the left hand you have the power to push and get out of your spiritual captivity. This power is given by love, humility and charity.

Hay  que ver la realidad de las cosas. Siempre queremos cambiar los acontecimientos a nuestro antojo, a nuestro favor y no puede ser. Lo que podemos hacer es pensar bien, actuar bien y amar bien. En eso se concentra toda la filosofía y el arte de vivir y de progresar como espíritu.

Queremos correr y saltar antes de caminar y no se puede. Aunque nuestros pasitos son pequeños y por momentos lentos, estamos aprendiendo a caminar. Con el tiempo correremos y hasta volaremos en espíritu.

La calma es sumamente importante en esta ecuación y también los conocimientos adquiridos, aplicados a tiempo. Con todos esos elementos daremos pasos firmes y bien dirigidos hasta seguramente llegar a la cima.

One must see the reality of things. We always want to change the events at our whims or on our behalf and it cannot be. All we can do is; think well, act well and love well. In that, is concentrated all the philosophy and the art of living and advancing as spirit.

We want to run and jump before walking and it cannot be done. Although our steps are small and at times slow, we are learning to walk. Over time we will run and even fly in spirit.

Calmness is extremely important in this equation, and also the acquired knowledge applied in time. With all these elements, we will take firm and well directed steps, until surely reaching the crest.
