What is to be at peace? It is happiness of the soul; knowing that our behavior is correct and being certain that our actions are benevolent. Understanding that the facts of our lives are important for the growth and progress of our spirit; all that gives us peace.

Interior peace provides peace in the exterior. External peace brings blessings because it is a magnet that attracts the positive, and blocks the negative.

Right now, put your spiritual balance sheet in order and search for peace; and you will see marvelous changes in your environment and beneficial results in all your affairs. Therefore peace = peace = peace = peace.

To love God is to be at peace. Love, hope, and charity give us peace; and all that is free.

Luz entra por esa ventana; así es el amor de Dios. Su luz nos caliente, nos ilumina, sin Él no podemos subsistir. Él es el aire que respiramos y es todo lo que anhelamos.

Hay quienes dudan, pobrecitos; se ahogan en su mar de negativismo; pero para los creyentes verdaderos la lluvia fresca del Creador los limpia y los refresca en esos días calurosos y secos del diario vivir.

Todo lo bello que nos rodea es Dios, simplemente con mirarlo y contemplarlo nos calma y nos da valor. Todo lo grande de este mundo terrestre es pequeño frente al Creador y lo pequeño se engrandece con Él.

Eso es lo que hace la fe y es lo que posee el creyente; protegiéndonos con un escudo de amor, levantándonos del abismo del dolor.

Light enters through the window; so does the love of God. His light warms us, illuminates us; we cannot survive without Him. He is the air we breathe and everything we long for.

There are those who doubt, poor things; they drown in their sea of negativity; but for the true believers, the Creator’s   clean fresh rain cools them in those warm, dry days of daily living.

All the beauty that surrounds us is God simply by looking and contemplating it calms us and gives us courage. This terrestrial world's biggest is small in front of the Creator and the tiny is exalted with Him. 

That is what faith does and what the believer possesses; a protection with a shield of love, lifting us from the abyss of pain.

Hay otras nubes más densas, oscuras y perturbadas que se ven en la distancia. Lucen fuertes y peligrosas en su agresividad. Sin embargo aunque lucen su negrura, pierden su fuerza con la perenne bondad; así es la vida humana. Aprende de las nubes; se cómo ellas; aprende a vivir de verdad.

Look at the clouds moving slowly in the blue sky. It's like a celestial choreography. Their pace is slow and quiet, but constant and harmonious; without a complaint or discouragement. In this fashion you can feel and move; you, you and you.

The clouds as they move transform, they are subliminal; every second lighter. In that way you want to feel; you and you. Without realizing it you move on to another level of goodness. Joy overwhelms you because what you wanted at last is brought into being.

There are other more dense, dark and disturbing clouds glimpsed at a distance. They look strong and dangerous in their aggressiveness. However although they display their blackness, they lose their strength with the perennial goodness; and so is human life. Learn from the clouds; be like them; learn to live truly.

La vereda que conduce al mal es muy frecuentada, abundan los viajeros en ella; pero la que lleva al bien a veces es solitaria por falta de transeúntes. Es triste pero es una realidad; los vicios y el agotamiento de la pereza, son  obstáculos para abrir brecha en esa senda de magnitud que nos conduce a la vía del bien.

Ya dado el primer paso, se hace cada vez más tolerable y no es fácil; pero se encuentra alivio para tomar nuevos bríos. Por fin llega el momento, de renovar energías y sentir esa satisfacción gloriosa de haber vencido y conquistado viejos malos hábitos, que nos cerraban el camino.

En el recodo de esa vía del bien vemos una luz; a veces tenue, que va aumentando en intensidad y circunferencia; indicándonos que estamos llegando al fin de un recorrido que comenzó desastroso y terminó reinvindicandonos.

The path that leads to wickedness is much frequented, travelers abound; but the one that leads to goodness sometimes is deserted due to lack of passers-by. It is sad but it is a reality; the vices and the exhaustion of laziness, are obstacles to initiate the pathway of magnitude that leads us to the road of righteousness.

Once the first step is taken, it becomes increasingly more tolerable, and not easy; but relief is found in order to take a new lease on life. Finally the time comes to renew energies and to feel that glorious satisfaction of having defeated and conquered old bad habits, which closed our road.

Around the bend on that path of goodness; sometimes we see a light dimly lit; which increases in intensity and circumference; which tells us that we are coming to the end of a journey that began catastrophic and ended in exoneration.

Mensaje de un Amigo en Espiritu/La Llave

Escucha buen amigo: hay que tirar la envidia y la ira causada por el egoísmo y el orgullo. Son todas cadenas para el espíritu y si quieres progresar, te atrapan en una jaula que de lejos parece de oro, pero realmente es de metal y de poca calidad.

Vendrá el huracán de la existencia humana y te azotará y  atrapará; quedarás inmóvil en la jaula que tú mismo creaste. Pero hay esperanza; porque la llave que abre el candado que te atrapa, subsistió al temporal; aunque parecía que el viento con su furia se la llevó.

La llave está en tu mano derecha, y en la mano izquierda tienes el poder de empujar y salir de tu atolladero espiritual Ese poder te lo da el amor, la humildad y la caridad.

Listen good friend: we must throw away the envy and anger caused by selfishness and excessive pride. They are all chains for the spirit, and if you want to progress, they entangle you in a cage that from afar looks golden, but it is really of metal and of low-quality.

The hurricane of human existence will strike and it will entrap you; stuck, fixed in that cage that you yourself created. But there is hope; because the key that opens the lock that fastens you; stayed put although it seemed like the wind with its fury seized it.

The key is in your right hand, and in the left hand you have the power to push and get out of your spiritual captivity. This power is given by love, humility and charity.

Hay  que ver la realidad de las cosas. Siempre queremos cambiar los acontecimientos a nuestro antojo, a nuestro favor y no puede ser. Lo que podemos hacer es pensar bien, actuar bien y amar bien. En eso se concentra toda la filosofía y el arte de vivir y de progresar como espíritu.

Queremos correr y saltar antes de caminar y no se puede. Aunque nuestros pasitos son pequeños y por momentos lentos, estamos aprendiendo a caminar. Con el tiempo correremos y hasta volaremos en espíritu.

La calma es sumamente importante en esta ecuación y también los conocimientos adquiridos, aplicados a tiempo. Con todos esos elementos daremos pasos firmes y bien dirigidos hasta seguramente llegar a la cima.

Mira las plantitas como crecen y sin embargo en algunos momentos, aparentemente dejan de vivir. Sus flores, frutos y sus hojas  mustias, se caen desvanecidas. Algunas viven bien en el sol, otras necesitan más agua y otras mejoran y florecen en la sombra. Asi son los seres humanos; los ambientes les afectan Lo que les rodea influye mucho en su crecimiento.

Por eso, si no estás creciendo espiritualmente en un sitio, debes cambiar de lugar. Es como sembrar un nuevo jardin. Primero hay que buscar un buen terreno, con la humedad necesaria y la temperatura adecuada, y con una fe sincera de que ahi se puede cosechar buenos frutos.

Amado amigo/amiga, toma una pausa y reflexiona. ¿En que terreno estás parado y que estás sembrando? Evalúa bien tu ambiente y la calidéz de las personas que te acompañan. Entonces pide a Dios que el rocio de Su amor puro, llegue a tus raices y asi florecerás.

Look how the plants grow and yet at times they seem to succumb. Their flowers, fruits and drooping leaves, fall faint. Some live well in the Sun, others need more water, and others improve and flourish in the shade. Just like human beings; environments affect them, the surroundings play a significant part in their growth.

Therefore, if you are not growing spiritually in a site, change your location. It's like planting a new garden; first you have to find good soil, with the necessary moisture and the proper temperature, and with the sincere faith that there, you can reap good fruits.

Beloved friend, take a pause and think. In what terrain are you standing, and what are you planting? Evaluate your environment and the warmth of the people that accompany you. Then ask God for the dew of His pure love to reach your roots, and consequently you will flourish.

In many people their intentions are clear; it shows on their faces; sometimes even disfigured by grudges, hatred and frustration. But because they are our brothers; though lost in a haze of indifference, we extend a hand to safeguard them from the precipice.

We want to rescue them from their own diversions; their sour sea. With our love and patience, we can assist them and even save them. It is very possible and that pleases us.

For this reason we continue loving, praying and working; we are part of a redemptive march. Shoulder to shoulder we go on singing to the Creator. The echo of our song converts the cadence into a hymn of love.

Todos queremos prosperar, avanzar; cada uno en su campo, en su especialidad. Es posible. ¿Porque no? La voluntad de querer lo hace posible. Solamente hay que afincarse y enfocarse; sabiendo cual es la meta y ¿Para que? ¿Para que? es sumamente importante. No es simplemente llegar a la cima; es ¿Para que? y en que condicíon.

¿Que buscas; dinero? Si, es possible. ¿Comodidad? Si, tambien. ¿Amor?  Desde luego. ¿Que tal paz en tu alma? ¿Está presente ese elemento en tu larga lista de deseos y metas? Si al llegar al exito; no tienes paz en tu alma, no tienes nada. Esa paz es la miel que endulza la vida.

Una conciencia limpia, es azucar para la amargura terrestre. ¡Sí, puedes lograr el triunfo ansiado, claro que si! Pero esa victoria debe estar endulzada con el nectar de tu alma en paz; que destila esencias y sabores exquisitos, creados por tus pensamientos, sentimientos y actos amorosos.

We all want to prosper, to move ahead; each one in its own field or specialty. It is possible, why not? The will to obtain it; makes it possible. What are you looking for, money? Yes; it is possible, comfort? Yes; also love? Of course!  How about peace in your soul? Is that element present in your long list of wishes and goals? La serenidad es la mejor medicina y la armonia es la terapia más recomendable. Dios pone su mano sobre nuestros asuntos siempre, siempre. Nunca estamos desamparados; créanlo. Las preguntas sin respuestas tendran contestacion divina, a su tiempo. Por eso la calma ayuda en la espera que parece interminable.

El sol sale y brilla para todos por igual. Hay justicia y armonia en todo; desde lo más pequeño hasta lo más grande. Con fe los trechos largos parecen cortos.

Escucha la voz que te susurra, que te ayuda a descansar. En ese estado soñoliento los buenos amigos en espíritu te visitarán. Ellos traen alabanzas, guirnaldas de seda; tejidas con un hilo del amor de Dios. Los surcos en la arena se disiparán.

Serenity is the best medicine and harmony is the most recommended therapy. God puts his hand on our issues always, always; we are never forsaken; believe it.  Unanswered questions will be divinely answered in time. That is why calmness helps when the waiting seems interminable.

The sun comes out and shines for all alike. There is justice and harmony in everything; from the smallest to the largest. With faith the long stretches seem short.

Listen to the voice that whispers to you, helping you to relax. The good friends in spirit will visit you in that sleepy state. They bring praises, and garlands made of silk; woven with a thread of God's love. The furrows in the sand will eventually dissipate.

Hablemos un poco de nuestros deberes sagrados; los divinos, los que rigen nuestro progreso espiritual. Dejemos a un lado las pequeñeces, veamos la pantalla grande. El punto de entrada y el punto de salida del ser en evolucion.

Llevamos una valija de viaje. Es liviana, pero con mucho espacio para llenarla de vivencias. Dia a dia vamos incorporando a esa valija; lo bueno, lo malo, lo indiferente y lo mixto. Pero llega el momento de poner en orden ese contenido, antes de partir a nuestra patria universal. Es el gran viaje de retorno; donde nos esperan nuestros seres queridos.

No queremos encontrarnos desprevenidos si nos toca una partida inesperada; sin haber organizado nuestras pertenencias de viaje. Por eso cada instante tenemos que saber que es lo que llevamos en nuestra maleta. Debemos revisar ese contenido y seleccionar solo lo más esencial; lo que realmente tiene valor, que nos puede servir en nuestro viaje y en el mundo nuevo. Debemos salir de lo que nos estorba; lo que es inutil y pesa demasiado, haciendo el transporte incomodo.

El viajero inteligente y cauteloso, siempre tiene sus cosas personales en orden para que cuando llegue la esperada partida, puede viajar comodamente y contento; satisfecho con lo que lleva de equipaje.

Let's talk a little about our sacred duties; the divine ones, those that govern our spiritual progress. Let’s put aside the nitpicking, and see the big screen. The point of entry and the exit point for the evolving soul.

We carry a suitcase for traveling. It is light but with plenty of space to fill it with experiences. Every day we keep incorporating into this suitcase the good, the bad, the indifferent and the mixed. But the time comes when we must sort the content, before departing for our universal homeland. It is the great journey of return; where our loved ones expect us.

We don’t want to find ourselves unprepared if we have an unexpected departure; without having organized our travel belongings. So every moment we must know what we carry in our suitcase. We must review the content and select only the most essential; what really is of value, which can be used on our trip and in the new world. We should leave behind what is bothering us, which is useless and weighs too much, making transportation uncomfortable.

The smart and cautious traveler always has his personal things in order for when the long-awaited trip presents itself, he can then travel comfortably and happy; satisfied with the luggage he carries.

Habrá lindos encuentros de seres que quieren servir unidos, usando cualquier medio para tocar almas. La luz es necesaria para ver la realidad de las cosas, como son, y no como las deseamos. Juntos todos haremos mucha caridad. Llevaremos la palabra del Creador a muchos pueblos, como los apóstoles; somos los nuevos mensajeros.

Qué bello es el amor compartido. La unión de almas generosas. Dichosos nosotros que sentimos ese amor tan puro y sólido, bendito por Dios; unidos por un inquebrantable amor.

A veces no sabemos hacia dónde vamos, marchamos a ciegas pero marchamos; no nos estancamos; ahí está el detalle. Aún en la incertidumbre nos movemos; hacemos el intento de adelantar, no nos detenemos y eso tiene gran mérito.

Desconocemos tantas cosas, realmente son misterios de la vida. ¿Cómo es que se encuentran las soluciones? Por inspiración, deducción y aplicación. Así es todo; explorando con la alegría de servir; de vivir en espíritu, de cumplir en espíritu y de amar en espíritu.

   There will be lovely encounters of souls that want to serve together, using whatever means to touch other souls. The light is required to see the reality of things as they are and not as we want them. Together, everyone will do much charity. We will take the word of the Creator to many peoples, as the Apostles; we are the new messengers.

Shared love is beautiful; the union of generous souls. Lucky us that we feel love so pure and solid blessed by God; united by an unwavering love.

Sometimes we don't know where we’re going; we march blinded but we march; we won’t be stuck; that’s the knack. Even in uncertainty we are moving; attempting to advance, we don’t stop, and that has great merit.

Many things are unknown to us; they are really the mysteries of life. How do we find the solutions? El sol de la mañana nos alumbra, como un recuerdo del amor del Creador que diariamente nos calienta, alimenta y alienta, con su bondad, su misericordia y su calor.

La luna nos calma y nos serena, como un recuerdo del compromiso y de la tarea concluida que forjaste con Dios. Las estrellas en el firmamento nos salpican de luz el camino obscuro, como un recuerdo de la alianza, que tenemos con el que nos creó. Ėl nunca abandona a sus hijos; los guia, los conduce hacia terrenos a veces desconocidos, pero cimentados y seguros con su amor.

¿Todo eso parece un cuento, verdad? ¡Divagaciones! Pero no es asi, el tiempo y los acontecimientos de la rutina diaria, confirman todo eso, y ante nuestro asombro, aprendemos a amar, vivir y reir. The morning sun illuminates us, as a reminder of the Creator’s love warming us daily, feeding and encouraging us with his goodness, his mercy and his warmness.

The moon calms and tranquilizes us as a reminder of the compromise and the completed task that you fashioned with God. The stars in the firmament spray with light our dark path, as a reminder of the alliance that we have with our Creator. He never abandons his children; he guides, leading them to unknown territories sometimes, but sound and safe with his love.

The agreement is to love them; but to love them well. There are some who say that they love; however they don't know how to love. Mutual deeply felt love is totally selfless and it’s reciprocal, due to affinity and gratitude.

Sincere and pure affection flows; enrapturing humans with an exquisite essence. Soared from their material chains they are spiraled to other luminous and infinite spheres. It is felt by an ecstasy that has nothing to do with the human wrapping. They are souls that embrace spiritually and unite in an eternal caress.

¿Ves que el cielo está obscuro? Tal parece que va a llover, hay amenaza de tormentas y huracanes, pero no temas, Dios es tu sombrilla por excelencia que te cobija, y no hay mejor refugio que ese Padre Omnipotente. Es sólido en su amor, impermeable en su Misericordia. Los huracanes vienen y van. Nos asustan e impresionan con su fuerza y ruido. Pero traen energía al planeta y limpian el ambiente malsano; están ejecutando las leyes de la naturaleza; operando, haciendo sus tareas. Así nosotros debemos obrar contra viento y marea, truenos y centellas; siempre seguir obrando en nombre de Dios Todopoderoso.

Que bello saber que estamos protejidos, que los vientos no te pueden tumbar por más que soplen. Que te despeinan nada mas.

Otra cosa, hay que tirar la envidia y la ira causada por el orgullo y el egoismo. Son todas cadenas para el espiritu y te atrapan; no te dejan progresar. Te atrapan en una jaula que está hecha de un latón barato y puede venir un huracan que azota, manteniendote inmovil en esa jaula que tu mismo construiste. Pero hay una llave que parece que el viento se llevó con su cólera, pero está en tus manos; tú tienes el poder para salir de tu jaula de metal; esa llave energetica es el amor, es la humildad y es la caridad.

Do you see that the sky is dark? It seems like it will rain, there is threat of storms and hurricanes, but don't be afraid, God is your umbrella par excellence, which will cover you and there is no better shelter than that Omnipotent Father. He is solid in His love, waterproof in His Mercy. It is beautiful to know that we are protected, that the winds cannot toss you as much as they blow. It only messes up your hair.

Another thing: throw away the envy and anger caused by excess pride and selfishness. They are all chains for the spirit and they entrap you; they do not allow you to progress. You get caught up in a cage that is made of cheap brass, and a hurricane can come engulfing you, maintaining you immobile in that cage that you built. But there is a key, which seems like the wind took it with its anger, only it is in your hands; you have the power to push out of your metal prison; that energetic key is love, it is humility and it is charity.

Nada de luto; solo festejos. ¡Como no celebrar la liberacion de un espiritu! Hay que celebrar la vida y celebrar la partida a la patria espiritual. No llorar sino reir y bendecir al Creador por su Sabiduria, Misericordia y Piedad. Nos perdona; dándonos multiples oportunidades de redención, y vuelve a recibirnos en su casa con el mismo amor. !Porque es un gran Padre!

Debemos ver nuestra existencia como un partido de futbol; si, como un deporte. Siempre jugando lo mejor possible; intentamos y luchamos por lograr un “Golazo,” pero nos bloquean, nos empujan, recibimos patadas y nos tumban; pero nos levantamos, sacudiendonos el polvo retomamos la pelota y corrimos con toda nuestra fe puesta en Dios, pensando que llegamos, si, que llegaremos. Quiza nos distraimos y tropezamos; no vimos las defensas porque estabamos

ofuscados y le quitamos nuestra mirada al goal. ¡Se nos cayó la pelota!

Lloramos amargamente pero de repente una campana suena y una luz nos alumbra, anunciandonos que el juego comienza de nuevo. ¡Por fin vencemos! ¡Por fin somos campeones!

Let’s not mourn; let’s celebrate. Why not celebrate the liberation of a spirit. We must celebrate life and celebrate heading to the spiritual homeland. Not cry but laugh and sanctify the Creator for his Wisdom, Mercy and Piety. He forgives us; giving us multiple opportunities for redemption, and receiving us into his house with the same love. Because He is a great father!

We must see our existence as a football match; yes as a sport. Always playing in the best possible manner; we try and strive to achieve a "Goal," but we are blocked, pushed, receiving kicks that knock us down; but we get up shaking the dust off. We regain the ball and run with all our faith placed in God, thinking that we will succeed yes, that we will arrive. Perhaps distracted we tripped; we did not see the defenses because we were unfocused and we took our eyes off the goal. We dropped the ball!

We cried bitterly, but suddenly a bell rings and a light shines, announcing that the game begins again. Finally we overcome! At last we are champions!

El amor es la llave que abre la puerta del progreso en todos los mundos. Nos quejamos, lloramos y hasta pataleteamos; es nuestra condición humana, pero nuestro espíritu se regocija saltando las barreras y evadiendo los obstáculos; creyendo en Dios y sabiendo que llegaremos a la meta. 

Solo pedimos luz, siempre en nuestro camino; nunca hay demasiada luz. A oscuras ni a media luz podemos movilizarnos, ni elevarnos. Nos sobran deseos de hacer; y que lindo es querer obrar por nuestros hermanos, muchos de ellos en desgracia.

Nuestras metas son las mismas Gilda; educar, divulgar, y compartir; todos satisfechos con nuestra obra.

Love is the key that unlocks the door of progress in all worlds. We complain, cry, and even have tantrums; it is our human condition. But our spirit rejoices jumping over barriers and avoiding obstacles, while believing in God, and knowing that we will reach our goals.

We always ask only for light in our path; there is never too much light. With dim to medium light we cannot mobilize or rise. We have plenty of desires to do; and how lovely it is to want to work for our brothers and sisters, many of them in disgrace.

Our goals are the same Gilda; educate, relate and share; all satisfied with our work.
